Product Testing
Online in-home product testing is a big growth area for us. It provides a very cost effective way of testing products, particularly when you need to find low incidence groups (e.g. users of an obscure product) or are looking for wider regional coverage.

We find consumers via online panels, we mail products out to them, then they fill in their thoughts online. What could be simpler?

There’s no interviewer bias with an online product test, and it allows us to use all our advanced online data collection techniques – leading to better data quality and insight. Respondents are keen too; we typically find low drop out levels and really good adherence to the test rules.

Our in-house product handling team will make sure we get the product sent out quickly and effectively and as part of the respected mmr group you’ll benefit from mmr’s expertise from over 20 years working primarily in the food and drink sector.
